Shipping Policy

Free DHL Express worldwide. Every order ships from Nagoya, Japan by DHL Express, fully tracked and insured, at no cost to you.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days (Japan time). Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive the DHL tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Destinations

We currently ship to all EU countries, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The available destinations are shown at checkout.

Import VAT and customs fees (please read)

Prices do not include import VAT or customs duties. Your local customs authority or DHL will collect import VAT (approx. 19–23% in the EU) plus a small clearance fee before or on delivery. Each product page shows an estimate of these charges for that watch. We always declare the true value of the shipment — this keeps the insurance on your watch valid.

Insurance and problems in transit

Every shipment is insured for its full value. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at 2025firststep@gmail.com and we will handle the carrier claim and refund or replace first — you will not be left waiting on DHL.
